Terms of Use
1. Acceptance
By downloading or using Tidy ("the app") you agree to these terms and the Apple Media Services Terms (apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/). If you do not agree, do not use the app.
2. License
You are granted a limited, non-transferable license to use Tidy on Apple devices you own or control. You may not reverse engineer, decompile, redistribute, or create derivative works.
3. Subscriptions & Auto-Renewal
Premium features are unlocked via auto-renewing subscriptions:
- Weekly Premium — billed every 7 days (3-day free trial)
- Monthly Premium — billed every 30 days
- Yearly Premium — billed every 12 months
Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Payment is charged to your Apple ID. Manage in Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions.
4. Free Trial
If offered, a free trial converts automatically to a paid subscription unless canceled before it ends. Unused portions are forfeited when you purchase.
5. Refunds
Refund requests are handled by Apple: support.apple.com/en-us/HT204084. Eymel LLC does not process refunds directly.
6. Deleted Items
Photos and videos deleted through Tidy are moved to the Photos app's "Recently Deleted" album where they stay for 30 days per iOS standard. Contact and calendar deletions are immediate. We are not responsible for accidentally deleted content. Always maintain backups.
7. Disclaimer of Warranties
Tidy is provided "AS IS" without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Eymel LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of data.
9. Changes
We may update these terms. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance.
10. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States.

Kullanım Şartları
1. Kabul
Tidy ("uygulama") indirerek veya kullanarak bu şartları ve Apple Media Services Şartlarını (apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/) kabul edersiniz.
2. Lisans
Sahip olduğunuz Apple cihazlarında Tidy'yi kullanmak için sınırlı, devredilemez lisans verilir. Tersine mühendislik yapamaz, deşifre edemez, yeniden dağıtamazsınız.
3. Abonelikler ve Otomatik Yenileme
Premium özellikler otomatik yenilenen aboneliklerle açılır:
- Haftalık Premium — her 7 günde tahsil (3 günlük ücretsiz deneme)
- Aylık Premium — her 30 günde tahsil
- Yıllık Premium — her 12 ayda tahsil
Mevcut dönemin bitiminden en az 24 saat önce iptal edilmediği sürece otomatik yenilenir. Ödeme Apple ID'nize tahakkuk eder. Ayarlar > Apple ID > Abonelikler'den yönetin.
4. Ücretsiz Deneme
Sunulduğunda, ücretsiz deneme, bitmeden iptal edilmediği sürece otomatik olarak ücretli aboneliğe dönüşür.
5. İadeler
İade talepleri Apple tarafından işlenir: support.apple.com/tr-tr/HT204084
6. Silinen Öğeler
Tidy üzerinden silinen fotoğraf ve videolar iOS standardı gereği "Son Silinenler" albümüne taşınır ve 30 gün boyunca burada kalır. Kişi ve takvim silmeleri anında uygulanır. Yedek tutmak kullanıcının sorumluluğundadır.
7. Garanti Reddi
Tidy "OLDUĞU GİBİ" sunulur; açık veya zımni hiçbir garanti yoktur.
8. Sorumluluk Sınırlaması
Yasaların izin verdiği azami ölçüde Eymel LLC, veri kaybı dahil dolaylı, tesadüfi, özel, sonuçsal veya cezai zararlardan sorumlu olmayacaktır.
9. Değişiklikler
Bu şartları güncelleyebiliriz. Değişikliklerden sonra kullanıma devam edilmesi kabul anlamına gelir.
10. Geçerli Hukuk
Bu şartlar Amerika Birleşik Devletleri Wyoming Eyaleti yasalarına tabidir.
